Our company is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to lead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities via online platforms.
  • Optimizing and maintaining company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Preparing tailored, persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
  • Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiating terms, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding agreed performance goals.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
  • Strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, ideally targeting North America and Europe.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
