Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
