Professionals should possess a deep understanding of website & digital marketing services and excel in client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities for Website, Social Media, and SEO services.
- Lead Management: Efficiently handle provided leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Lead Generation: Experience in lead generation via email, LinkedIn, and platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify up-selling opportunities.
- WhatsApp Outreach: Skilled in using WhatsApp for outreach and client communication.
- Zoom Meetings: Proficient in conducting and managing Zoom meetings for client discussions and presentations.
- Cold Calling: Experience in cold calling to generate leads and build client relationships.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in selling Website, Social Media, and SEO services.
- Industry Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of industry experience in IT sales.
- Lead Generation: Experience in lead generation via email, LinkedIn, and platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of Website, Social Media, and SEO principles & strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities.
- Data Management: Proficient in Excel with the ability to update accurate records of leads, sales data, client information, etc.
- Flexible Hours: Willing to work during non-standard hours to meet project needs.
