Job Title: Business Development Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth through the development of new relationships and the expansion of existing ones. This will involve identifying new opportunities, building rapport with key stakeholders, and negotiating deals that meet the needs of both parties.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. You should also be highly organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
In addition to your sales experience, you will need to have a solid understanding of the insurance industry, including products, services, and market trends. You should also be familiar with industry-specific software and systems.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, as well as part of a team. You will need to be highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners.
- Negotiation: Negotiate deals that meet the needs of both parties, while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make informed decisions about business development initiatives.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
