Regional Business Lead for SAP/IT Staffing and Non-IT Contract Hiring

We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to lead our SAP/IT staffing and non-IT contract hiring initiatives in the region.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing efforts, with a focus on mid-size multinational corporations (MNCs) in the consumption, healthcare, and new economy verticals.
  • To maximize revenue from the region, the candidate will need to effectively manage delivery teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • The Regional Business Lead will also be responsible for leading a team of IT hiring experts, mentoring them to achieve high-performance results and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand services offered.
  • Maximize revenue from the region through effective delivery management, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT hiring experts, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure individual and team success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic planning, sales execution, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT staffing industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Possession of a professional certification, such as an MBA or a Certified Sales Professional designation.
  • Experience working with CRM software and data analytics tools to inform sales strategies and improve performance.

Engagement Model:

Fixed Fee + Performance Incentives (50:50)
