Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic market expansion and product development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase sales, market share, and profitability across all regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business excellence and minimize stock expiries/returns, optimize inventory management, and improve field force deployment.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor field teams to achieve success and drive business outcomes.
  • Guarantee effective team alignment with marketing objectives and support the growth of internal talent.
  • Manage performance and implement initiatives to enhance field force productivity and efficiency.

Execution Excellence

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as doctor calls, market coverage ratio (MCR), key opinion leader (KOL) coverage, yearly product management (YPM), etc.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to drive business results.
  • Analyze competitors and provide valuable insights for tactical adjustments.

KOL & Customer Management

  • Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders to drive return on investment (ROI).
  • Optimize KOL engagement and field presence to maximize business impact.

Product Growth & Development

  • Promote second-line brands and execute successful new product launches.
  • Maintain the company's reputation and professionalism in the field.
