Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

ANSR Global Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Professional to join its Pre-Sales Team in Bangalore. As an Associate Director, you will work closely with the sales team to create solutions and drive business closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver a high-quality experience to prospects and customers during engagement, acquisition, and onboarding.
- Present and demonstrate ANSR's capabilities and solutions to all required point-of-contacts at prospects' or customers' end.
- Create Solution Documents, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and create quick proof-of-concepts to help the sales team negotiate contracts and drive deal closures.
- Assess customer needs and arrive at the best solution via close collaboration with client POCs, sales teams, product/technology teams, delivery teams, and partner teams.
- Gain a thorough understanding of ANSR services and continuously learn from new service offerings to pitch them appropriately to clients based on their requirements.
- Support the legal team in drafting contract agreements.
- Support internal teams to onboard new clients to the ANSR platform.
- Gain continuous knowledge of the competition landscape and their offerings across all required domains and regions.
- Maintain a knowledge repository of proposals and other business collateral required for sales pitches.
- Provide continuous feedback to delivery teams and sales teams regarding new trends and solution expectations from customers based on market demand and research.
- Engage continuously with technology, delivery, partners, and 3rd-party vendors to drive innovations and enhancements to ANSR offerings, creating new opportunities for up-sell/cross-sell across various domains/business verticals and regions.
- Aim to become the solution expert and go-to-person for the sales team to provide solutions to cater to various customer demands and business needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners and continuously explore up-sell/cross-sell opportunities for ANSR services with them in close collaboration with the Sales Team/Customer Success Team.
- Participate actively and deliver Knowledge Sharing Sessions & Trainings to internal teams/partners.
Requirements:
- MBA (Sales/Marketing/Finance)
- 10-12 years of experience in Pre-sales roles in IT Consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English) skills
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, addressing all key pain points of the client at hand
- High degree of expertise in making presentations/proposals and contracts with good commercial sense
- Excellent aptitude, problem-solving skills, and quick proof-of-concept-creation skills
- Good exposure and experience in creating business/commercial proposals and responding to RFQs/RFPs
- Passionate about customer-facing roles
- Good understanding of drafting contracts and negotiation processes
- Ability to grasp new technologies and drive executions quickly
- Focused on delivering results with Quality and possessing the ability to multitask
- Excellent work ethics and a wonderful team player and collaborator
- Knowledge of the latest tools, technologies, and innovations is equally important
