
Regional Business Development Director

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of market dynamics, demographics, standards of living, and real estate landscapes.
This position plays a pivotal role in expanding our centres across Mumbai, ensuring operational feasibility, profitability, and excellence in execution.
Main Responsibilities- Market Analysis & Feasibility:
- Conduct thorough analyses of micro-markets to identify new expansion opportunities.
- Evaluate feasibility based on location, quality of life, demographics, and affordability.
- Track emerging hubs, residential/commercial clusters, and competitive landscapes.
- Supply Acquisition & Execution:
- Identify and onboard new supply partners and channels (1P, 2P, 3P models).
- Negotiate and finalise partnerships ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and execute new centre launches with full ownership of profit and loss.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centres.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- On-Ground Insights & Engagement:
- Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights.
- Liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.
