Regional Business Strategy:

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the region aligned with national goals.
  • Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion.
  • Build a strong presence in local industry forums, associations, and networks.
  • Drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across the region.
  • Own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
  • Manage profit and loss for the region ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the region.
  • Provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5–12 years of experience in business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
  • Strong understanding of the market, with established local networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling businesses.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on profit and loss management experience.
