Lead India Strategy and Operations

We are seeking a senior operational leader to oversee our in-country delivery of the India strategy. As the most senior representative in India, you will lead our local office, ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, and facilitate collaboration with international colleagues.

This role requires strong oversight of financial planning, HR practices, legal obligations, and cross-border reporting. You will play a key role in aligning regional delivery with global priorities and driving excellence in STEM.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as legal representative and Director for all Indian entities.
  • Oversee budgeting, team management, financial planning, and reporting across all business units.
  • Lead and develop the Bengaluru-based team; mentor managers and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Deliver against a mission-led strategy focused on professional development, engineering excellence, and social impact.
  • Liaise with international teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Represent the organisation with confidence in governance and business forums.

About You:

  • Proven operational leadership in India - ideally in a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional understanding of governance, compliance, and HR practices.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
  • Ability to drive strategy with warmth, rigour, and agility.
  • Line management experience with gravitas to lead national delivery.
