Senior Data Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Real World Data team as Senior Director.
- This role will involve owning a certain body of work, providing support to the RWD organization for other parts, and working closely with global leaders.
- Leverage your leadership skills to manage a team of analysts responsible for supporting the RFP process, turning around accurate responses, and ensuring quality outputs that align with client commitments.
- Provide guidance and oversight for consulting delivery work, including shaping how work is funnelled to the offshore team and optimizing its delivery.
- Supervise the offshore resources in building, expanding, and maintaining indication-specific data lakes powered by unstructured notes.
- Take on team management and leadership responsibilities, serving as the single point of escalation for all team-related matters and assisting in recruitment, training, engagement, and HR-overlay activities.
- Prioritize proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience.
- Earn a post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development.
- Achieve at least 7-10 years of experience in leading teams that work in a globally distributed setup delivering consulting work predominantly in Data Science and Data Engineering.
- Cumulate a total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more of the most recent experience being in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
