Job Title: Urban Development Director

This role is an integral part of our vertical Crowdfunding Platform. As a City Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances with healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team in your region, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development.
  • Create new crowdfunding and lending opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling patients and healthcare providers to access instant medical loans and zero-cost financing options.
  • Set revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions.
  • Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
  • Take full ownership of the regional P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
