Lead Executive for Manufacturing Growth

The organization seeks an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its manufacturing division specializing in mechanical engineering solutions. The CEO will be responsible for defining the company's strategic direction, driving operational excellence, ensuring financial growth, and positioning the business as a leader in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's long-term vision and growth roadmap.
  • Drive product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
  • Identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.
  • Maintain efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Own and deliver the profit and loss statement, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive and management team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators.
  • Represent the organization as a leader in mechanical engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
