We are seeking a seasoned Product Innovation Director to lead the development of our Debit Card product suite. In this role, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class customer-centric value propositions, building seamless and user-friendly onboarding experiences, and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that maximize spends and profitability across various demographics and spending profiles.
  • Create and manage product roadmaps for existing and new launches, ensuring buy-in from cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, from concept to launch, including PRDs, BRDs, user stories, feature specifications, and GTMs.
  • Analyze post-launch metrics and iterate on product improvements, making trade-off decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Foster partnerships with merchants, card networks, fintechs, and other industry leaders to drive offerings and solve pain points.
  • Develop and manage product marketing strategies via push notifications, email, SMS, and owned/paid media.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure solutioning and system architecture align with product goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management at leading banks or financial institutions.
  • Full-time Master's degree from a Tier 1 B-School (majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration).
