Job Description:

The role of Production Leadership Director is to oversee daily operations of manufacturing and packaging, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This position requires a deep understanding of production optimization, resource management, and quality control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fifteen to twenty years of experience in injectable and solid dose manufacturing, planning, and operation management in a regulatory work environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with exposure to US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Adequate knowledge of product, process, and equipment, including production optimization and resource management.
  • Ability to develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets.
  • Skill in implementing CAPAs committed to regulatory agencies and responsible for validation of process, cleaning, and equipment.
Benefits:
