Executive Director of Power Management

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to define and drive the next generation of power products for a growing market. We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Power Management to lead our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement power product roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and design teams.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide deep technical support and training.
  • Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in power management, including product definition and leadership.
  • Expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge.
  • Experience using FEA tools for various thermal, electrical and magnetic investigations.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools.
  • Understanding of AECQ / IATF /ISO26262 (FuSa).
