Job Title: Senior Power Apps

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to lead the transformation of legacy InfoPath forms to modern, user-friendly Power Apps solutions within Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting and developing complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.

This role requires a deep understanding of workflow automation using Power Automate, as well as expertise in designing and developing scalable, automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.

  • Lead the end-to-end migration of InfoPath forms into Power Apps, ensuring efficient and user-friendly replacements.
  • Architect and develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps Canvas & Model-Driven Apps and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards for analytics and visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL Azure services, Logic Apps, Functions, AI Builder.
  • Exposure to JIRA ServiceNow or similar workflow/project tools.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and coach others.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities.
