Architect Job

We are seeking a talented architect to join our dynamic team.

  • Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.
  • Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Evaluate local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.
  • Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.
  • Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Brief knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts is an added advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of sustainable design or green building concepts.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.
