Key Engineering Leadership RoleJob Description

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee the design, development, and testing of power electronic systems for various applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in overseeing the design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems.
  • Develop a manufacturing roadmap to support the execution of the product roadmap.
  • Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary R&D team including electronics/electrical engineers, embedded software/hardware developers, and test engineers.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with power electronic systems design, development, and testing.
  • Ability to develop and execute a manufacturing roadmap.
  • Excellent mentoring and team-leading skills.
