Job Title: Senior Executive Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team. As a Managing Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage a large-scale portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives, and build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives.
  • Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead Sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations, and drive the expansion of the portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Own a multi-million dollar portfolio, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning and development.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Experience: 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Banking and Finance domain.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, ability to provide strategic consulting and advisory services, solid understanding of delivery methodologies, and strong financial management skills.
