General Manager Job Description">

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in devising and executing strategies for collections of payments from Drivers under our business line. This strategic position requires a strong leader who can drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with leadership to define and execute business strategy and objectives.
  • Breaking down complex problems and driving clarity through structured problem solving.
  • Driving long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.

In addition, the General Manager will be responsible for:

  • Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability.
  • Identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies early and proposing mitigation strategies.

The General Manager will also champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth, while analyzing internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

Strong leadership and team management skills are crucial for this role, as is experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
