We are seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to join our organization as a Senior Manager.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire gamut of Human Resources functions, including HR policy implementation, employee life-cycle management, employee relations and engagement, HR metrics and data analysis, compliance and audit support, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure corporate policies align with business goals and comply with Group standards and local labor laws.
- Employee Life-Cycle Management: Manage employee onboarding, talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as an employee champion, address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Metrics & Data Analysis: Monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure the plant adheres to all employment laws and company policies and provide support in site-specific audits from Human Resources.
- Change Management: Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.
- MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling HR functions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
- Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
