AVP Human Resources

At our company, we are committed to revolutionising the way we think about human resources. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP – Human Resources to join our team and help shape our organisation's culture and growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in talent strategy, recruitment and onboarding, culture and values, leadership support, performance management, employee development, HR compliance and administration, and employee engagement and relations. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Talent Strategy: Develop and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies and process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.

Our ideal candidate is a progressive HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role. They should possess strong expertise in talent attraction and development, performance systems, and compliance.
