Job Opportunity: HR Strategist

As a seasoned Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for spearheading our organization's HR initiatives. Your expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management will drive business growth and foster a positive work environment.

This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will maintain accurate HR records and support employee growth through training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Support business growth through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and collaborate with department heads on performance improvement plans.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
