HR Business Partner Role

The organization seeks an HR Business Partner to assume a key role in driving the company's human resources strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data records in the HRMS system.
  • Analyze and prepare comprehensive HR reports for management review, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of innovative HR solutions, leveraging AI tools and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies promoting a healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve employee queries and grievances efficiently and professionally, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Organize training programs to enhance professional growth and development within the organization.
  • Drive engagement activities fostering a positive workplace culture, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems to optimize high performance and growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.
  • Strong skills in macro creation, pivot table analysis, MS Office, and Power BI (additional).
  • Experience working with large datasets, minimum 2000+ employees.
  • Primary focus on HR Management Information Systems (MIS), with secondary responsibilities as an HR Generalist, handling tasks such as Performance Management Systems (PMS) and recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HR Executive or Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and software applications.
  • Experience with HRMS systems.
  • Expertise in MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
