Senior Human Resources Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Manager to oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, and lead our Human Resources department. Key responsibilities include setting objectives for the HR team, tracking progress, and developing compensation and benefits plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives for the HR team and monitor progress to ensure effective team management.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment, fostering employee engagement and productivity.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process, including hosting in-house recruitment events and monitoring HR metrics.
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers to ensure growth and success.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
  • Review and optimize departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure timely resolution of employees' requests and grievances through effective HR procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful team leadership and policy implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
