Job Title:

Senior Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Transformation Leader to lead and deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical solutions and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solution alignment with business objectives
  • Participate in technical discussions and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Presentation of technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plans, key results, and processes
  • Communicate project status and structure across departments
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver value to the organization
  • Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards
  • Manage day-to-day project progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process
  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives
  2. Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution delivery
  3. Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders
  4. Proven ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  5. Understanding/experience with executing projects in multiple areas, such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management
  6. Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards
  7. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  9. Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  10. Ability to work under tight project deadlines
