A seasoned Business Transformation Leader with expertise in AI & Data Science is required to spearhead strategic transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency, process excellence, and productivity.
- Align transformation initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and improve quality.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to execute transformation projects and deliver tangible results.
- Lead the organizational shift towards digital maturity and establish a Center of Excellence for AI-driven operations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Computer Science (Master's preferred).
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
- 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
- 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with knowledge of the entire model lifecycle.
