Job Title: Senior Vice President

Job Description:

The role of Senior Vice President is a strategic position that requires a visionary leader to drive digital transformation within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies, as well as a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.

This individual will lead the company's strategic vision and execution of comprehensive, digitally driven training and development programs. They will champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across the organization, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching business and digital transformation goals.

The Senior Vice President will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of innovative, scalable digital learning content and programs. This includes conducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across the workforce, and evaluating, selecting, and managing digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet organizational needs.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Vice President will oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires. They will also stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology to drive continuous innovation in the Training function.
