Senior Manager, Digital Transformation

This role focuses on spearheading the implementation of Lean Digital Transformation across Financial and Accounting domains.

You will lead the development and execution of a roadmap that drives business value and solves complex problems in the OTC space.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, providing analytical direction to business analysts, and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Additionally, you will champion the adoption of standard global processes, support Operational Excellence, and deploy automation solutions.

  • Lead the development and execution of a Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) roadmap that solves business problems/opportunities of key customers in the Financial and Accounting (F&A) domain, specifically in Outward The Clearing (OTC), using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business process re-engineering, and combining technology solutions such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of planned Digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects working with cross-functional global leads, including the digital delivery team, and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with the program and strategic objectives.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement, delivery on committed productivity, productivity improvement in account, and Bad Bench reduction.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes.
  • Support and deliver Operational Excellence and automation, and implement best practices and drive efficiency and standardization as approved by leads.
Requirements:
  • Certified Black belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain, leading transformation across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation, etc.
  • Experience in driving Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
  • Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.
