Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to oversee project execution, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery excellence.

This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership to mentor teams, solve complex problems, and enhance application performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and SAP ABAP RAP.
  • Lead application design, configuration, and implementation aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to critical issues within the immediate team and across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to strengthen their technical capabilities.
  • Continuously monitor, assess, and optimize application performance and user experience.
  • Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and SAP ABAP RAP.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Proven ability to lead application development initiatives end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree.
