Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
• Participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with precision.
• Staying current with the latest standards, changes, trends, and innovations in mobile design.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science
• Banking experience is advantageous
• Experience in designing web/mobile applications
• Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
• Experience working in an Agile, Scrum environment
• In-depth understanding of Apple's Human Interface Design Guidelines, Android Design, and other mobile platform designs, including Google's Material Design, and mobile-first concept
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
• Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
