Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality static and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and align on design vision.
  • Maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure a cohesive visual identity across assets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic or motion design, ideally in digital-first contexts.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static design and motion/animation work.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for multi-channel performance campaigns.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema4D) or interactive design.
  • Understanding of growth marketing principles and data-driven creative testing.
