Job Title: IT Director

About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership position within our organization, responsible for leading key IT governance functions and driving portfolio execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial management, vendor performance, project delivery, and performance reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on IT strategy and operations.
  • Oversee the IT project and program portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage IT financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and vendor performance.
  • Define and manage KPI and performance reporting processes, including dashboards and investment tracking.
  • Facilitate prioritization processes, supervise the PMO, and enable project execution excellence.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT governance, PMO leadership, or Office of CIO roles, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in similar positions. Strong leadership skills, strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making impact are essential.
