We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team in India. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the industrial lubricants market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial lubricants industry.
- Strong understanding of sales planning, channel management, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
