Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our B2B sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the indirect channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial consumables or lubricants industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in direct or indirect sales, marketing, or sales management.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools.
