Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our B2B sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the indirect channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial consumables or lubricants industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in direct or indirect sales, marketing, or sales management.
- Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools.
