  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the industrial consumable products and industrial lubricants market.
  • Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales pipeline process and apply consultative and benefit selling skills to drive sales growth.
  • Understand the supply chain management and develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of effective coaching and communication techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners and guide them to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) and preferably an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Petroleum management from a recognized university with a CGPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in direct or channel sales management in industrial consumable products or industrial lubricants.
  • Experience in maintenance of steel and cement industries, engine OEMs, and off-highway OEMs.
  • Industrial business and market knowledge, including sector nuances.
  • Commercial and financial fundamentals to identify B2B value drivers.
  • Ability to influence channel partners and guide them to meet business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate from the same geography with relevant experience is preferred.
  • Self-driven and motivated team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Active listener, summarizes information, and demonstrates curiosity to seek knowledge.
