We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at ExxonMobil Corporation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the industrial consumable products and industrial lubricants market.
- Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales pipeline process and apply consultative and benefit selling skills to drive sales growth.
- Understand the supply chain management and develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of effective coaching and communication techniques.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners and guide them to meet business objectives.
- Identify and analyze data to derive insights and pursue key opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) and preferably an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Petroleum management from a recognized university with a CGPA of 3.0 or above.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in direct or channel sales management in industrial consumable products or industrial lubricants.
- Experience in maintenance of steel and cement industries, engine OEMs, and off-highway OEMs.
- Industrial business and market knowledge, including sector nuances.
- Commercial and financial fundamentals to identify B2B value drivers.
- Ability to influence channel partners and guide them to meet business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidate from the same geography with relevant experience is preferred.
- Self-driven and motivated team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Active listener, summarizes information, and demonstrates curiosity to seek knowledge.
