Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Tele Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients through telephone outreach. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Tele Sales Executive will also be responsible for presenting and demonstrating the company's services, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Source potential leads and manage them.
  • Get appointments for sales meetings and site visits.
  • Convert clients and bring business.
  • Maintain good professional relationships with clients from start to end.
Experience:
  • Min 1-3 years of experience in sales for services business.
  • Should have knowledge about online portals India Mart, Just Dial, or Bark.
  • Understand building design and construction practices in India.
  • Sales experience in construction or architecture or civil-related industry.
  • Hand-on experience with MS Word and Excel.
Qualifications:
  1. B.Tech. Civil Engineering or relevant engineering field (Preferred).
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  3. Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota.
  4. Sales and business development skills.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
