Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager - Automation Solutions

Location: Pune, India

Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (estimated)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing sales and forming new business opportunities in the automation solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusting relationships between clients and Piab Group
  • Connect with new business opportunities
  • Conduct personal and online meetings with clients
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines
  • Conduct training for clients both onsite and remotely
  • Attend expos and seminars
  • Make strategic sales forecasts within your geographical business area, aligned with national objectives
  • Anticipate account changes and improvements
  • Manage communications between clients and internal teams

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the pharmaceutical, food & beverages, or material handling industries
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus
