**Job Overview:**

As the Sales Development Manager (SDM) at VAP GROUP, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by generating qualified leads and setting the stage for successful client engagements. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and inspire a team of SDRs across multiple time zones.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate the SDR team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates
  • Monitor SDR performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize the sales funnel

**Requirements:**

  • Proven minimum 3-5 years experience in a sales management role, particularly within the crypto or digital marketing industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team across different time zones
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems and sales automation tools

**Estimated Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year. We offer competitive compensation packages based on your experience and qualifications.
