
Remote Customer Engagement Specialist

This role is at the heart of ensuring seamless program delivery, participant engagement, and overall satisfaction. The customer experience intern will be responsible for managing session confirmations, calendar updates, and attendance tracking.
- Manage session confirmations, calendar updates, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate Fast Track (FT) sessions — confirmations on Wednesdays and attendance on Thursdays (8:15 PM).
- Share weekly attendance updates in designated groups.
- Conduct community sessions, including flyer creation, moderator coordination, and promotions.
- Share session details and gather confirmations from Program Leads (PLs) every Friday.
- Support Saturday sessions and weekly engagement activities.
- Maintain assignment dashboards and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Handle participant onboarding, including welcome calls and WhatsApp group additions.
- Review assignments and coordinate feedback with Program Leads.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience or interest in customer engagement or support.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and reliable.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
