Job Role Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role involves initiating calls to potential or existing customers to promote home loan products, leads conversion, meeting performance targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned leads or data.
- Product Introduction: Introduce HL/LAP products, services, and offers to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Sales and Upselling: Convince customers to purchase or upgrade products and services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle objections and resolve queries efficiently.
- Reporting and Feedback: Maintain accurate call logs and activity reports, and provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and challenges.
