The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Relationship Professional to support our growing student base in the U.S. This role is based in India and will involve building trust and providing guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct demo calls with prospective students for our certification programs.
- Answer student inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.
Requirements:
