Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with B2B technology clients and have a background in managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing on assigned accounts.
  • Manage client briefings, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Support in the preparation of strategy presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
  • Oversee project workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on B2B technology brands and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
Requirements:
  • 0-1 year of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably with B2B technology clients.
  • Strong interest in working with B2B brands and tech-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
