Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for customer onboarding, Booking process and Bank coordination, Initial agreements and a grear customer experience, will also implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, and daily tasks include interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, coordinating with the sales team, and assisting in project updates to ensure high client satisfaction and successful handover and registration

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and comfident Customer Management skills

Excellent knowedgle of Real Estate CRM

Proficiency in Sales Force and legal documentation

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Post Graduation

MIS skills will be plus
