Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Manager. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, managing customer feedback, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Tasks also include coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, monitoring customer preferences, and providing tailored travel solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
