Role Description

The Customer Relationship Manager will work on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, identifying customer needs, and ensuring service satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are seamlessly handled and identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service strategies.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience and client retention strategies.
  • Ability to manage and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Capability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer journey.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in customer relationship management or a similar field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
