Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Location: chamrajpet

Job Type: Full-time morning shift

Experience Required: 2–5 years (minimum 1 year mandatory)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

Gender: Open to all

* Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their gifting and branding requirements to ensure complete satisfaction.

* Quotation & Catalogue Preparation: Prepare accurate quotations and catalogues based on client requirements and company offerings.

* CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track orders, maintain customer records, and support informed business decisions.

* Coordination: Collaborate effectively with vendors, branding partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of comprehensive solutions.

* Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase sales through existing clients by suggesting additional relevant products or services.


Technical Skills

Proficient in *Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research**.

Experience with *CRM software** (preferred).

* Comfortable working with online tools and digital platforms.

Strong *communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities**.

Excellent *customer service and client-handling experience**, preferably with direct corporate clients.

* Ability to multitask and coordinate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
