We are looking for an experienced customer relationship manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. Needs to be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.


• Overseeing the relationship with customers along with the Team Leads.


• Analyzing data to provide insights into the operation, effectiveness, and productivity of the team.


• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.


• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.


• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.


• Creating innovative solutions to solve critical business problems to ensure company meets the customer needs
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:


• A bachelor's or master's degree in administration or a related field.


• A minimum of 7 years' experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.


• Techno-functional Background preferred


• A team player with leadership skills.


• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

Desired skills: Excellent communication and time management skills

Eligibility: Master's degree in Human Resource in Marketing. Knowledge on AI will be an add-on.

Location: Bangalore with Hybrid Working Culture
