Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing queries, ensuring smooth booking and payment processes, and coordinating with the sales team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and the company, ensuring seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely resolution.

Manage booking confirmations, prepare receipts, and track collection of payments.

Maintain accurate client records including booking status, payment updates, and pending dues.

Closely coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements, booking status, and overall pipeline.

Provide post-sales support to clients and assist in documentation processes.

Escalate critical client issues to management and ensure effective resolution.

Prepare MIS reports on client interactions, collections, and query resolutions.

Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or related field.

3–7 years of experience in CRM/Customer Relationship/Client Servicing, preferably in real estate.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of real estate booking processes, agreements, and collection cycles.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools.
